Is payment required to secure my appointment?
Yes, a $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be charged after the service has been completed. For any booking adjustments, please email hello@schultstudio.com more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the nature of our business we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations received within less than 24 hours will not receive a refund of the deposit. To cancel your appointment please reach out to hello@schultstudio.com
Can I receive a treatment if I’ve had botox or filler?
Yes you can receive treatment however, please make sure to let us know when you were last treated so we can plan accordingly. We do not recommend that you receive facial massage any sooner than 2 week after injectables.
